BERLIN CITY TOUR
Explore Berlin on foot or by vehicle! This tour can be as long as you'd like, and is a great option for a first day in Berlin. Recommended minimum length is three hours. General sites include Museum Island, Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, the Berlin Wall, and more. Can be altered or lengthened at client's request.
Full day tour and transfer from cruise ship port can be arranged.
JEWISH BERLIN
Explore Berlin's Jewish past, from it's origins to the present day. Sites include the Alte Synagogue, Neue Synagogue, Scheunenviertel, Otto Weidt Museum, Alte Jüdische Friedhof, and more. Optional exploration of personal Jewish heritage and trips to sites further afield can be included.
POTSDAM
The city of Potsdam has so much to explore! From the origins of the Hohenzollern family to the beginnings of Cold War tensions in Europe, this mid-sized Prussian city packs a powerful historic punch. A full day in Potsdam will include a stroll through the city's old town, well-preserved gardens, and many schlosses. Optional entry to palaces at an additional fee.
COLD WAR BERLIN
Berlin as a divided city: who lived here? What did they experience? What was life like for the millions of people living behind the Berlin Wall? Explore East Berlin and learn about the most sophisticated surveillance state in history. Walk in the steps of the border guards, and learn about the miraculous fall of the Wall the triggered the end of the Cold War in Europe
